You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. Responsibilities: • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media • Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth • Assist with coordinating and executing photoshoots for clients, teams, branding, and evergreen content • Responsible for strategy and execution of retargeting ads to build brand awareness Qualifications: • Develop new concepts based on input • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions • 2+ years of experience in Marketing • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required • Must be in the San Antonio area Compensation: $38,000 - $42,000 yearly
