Foster Care: As a small non-profit organization, this position encompasses dual responsibilities as both Supervisory Social Worker and Administrator for the foster family agency. The role involves overseeing the certification and safety of foster family homes, acting as an authorized agent to address and correct deficiencies that may impact the well-being of children in our care. Additionally, the Administrator supports various operational functions to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services, including daily supervision of agency operations and overall organizational management. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Agency policies and procedures, adherence to Contract Agreements with the County, Community Care Licensing standards, Title 22 Regulations, and applicable State and Federal employment laws. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and requires both in-office presence and fieldwork.
Therapist: The Therapist is responsible for providing mental health treatment services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This role includes conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position reports to the Clinical Director and may conduct therapy sessions both in the office and remotely, as appropriate.
