  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Prioritize live production requests by urgency and dispatch to maintenance lead and maintain daily call log for completion of calls. Manage the office while supervisors and managers. Oversee projects. Support supervisors and managers . Ensuring all materials and equipment are delivered as requested for all projects. 

    Create and adjust purchase requisitions requests by all construction, maintenance and engineering personnel for projects, confirm quantities, taxes and unit of measures are accurate prior to submitting for purchase order creation.

    Convergence Input and track all completed training for dept. employees into the tacking database. 

    Chemical Invoices Input and track request for chemical approval on  to SafeTec System.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Must have minimum 2 year of clerical/accounting experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Must be a high school graduate. Related college, technical or vocational training preferred. Strong PC skills – Windows, Excel, Word, SAP and able to learn and work with varying computer systems.  High degree of confidentiality, organization and prioritization skills: detail-oriented, and be able to multi task. Strong interpersonal skills. Team oriented and have the ability to work independently and interact professionally with the public and company personnel. Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
