Job Description

Purpose of position:  The Project Coordinator will guide and direct the implementation of assigned single and multi-function projects for the company while maintaining project site safety, cost control to budget, schedule and scope of work. 

Essential Functions: Manage multiple on-going projects by: Preparing conceptual drawings; design equipment/systems to meet the company’s capital improvement needs, developing equipment /facilities layouts and detail equipment designs for ongoing capital projects needs.

Supervise equipment installations.

Develop preliminary proposals for future management decisions pertaining to capital projects.  

Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Requires 5 to 10 years experience in Auto CAD drafting/design of equipment and facilities.

Minimum of one year experience managing equipmenti installations and capital projects while demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Strong analytical and math skills required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced team environment.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.

Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA and USDA requirements.

Ability to work varying shifts and weekends required.

Ability to travel.

Must have reliable transportation.
