Job Description

Pay Rate: $23.50hr

Assist in providing machinist/welder support, to include analysing and making repairs or replacement parts as directed. Using common shop tools such as micro-meters, calipers, band saws, broaches, cutters, threading tools, etc. Setting up and operating Oxy-acts, arcs, and MIG welders.

Work from blue prints/schematics to perform maintenance/repairs or install equipment. Assist in training subordinate employees 

General cleaning and assisting other crews as required. 

Maintaining safety, housekeeping and sanitation and disease control requirements while performing job duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training and/or experience.
• Must be able to pass a Machinist/Welder level B test.
• Must be able to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work from a ladder.
• Must have and maintain a valid CA Drivers License with an acceptable DMV record.
