Job Description

PAY RATE: $21.65

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Operate a variety of trucks/trailers/loaders to accomplish assigned loads, including picking up and delivering rice hulls, shavings, and other agricultural by-products.  Pre and post-trip assigned rigs in accordance with established procedures.  Submit accurate and legible drivers logs and tags pertaining as required.   

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Class A driver’s license with tankers and doubles endorsements. Must have an acceptable DMV record.

Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Must have two years of experience operating end dump trailers.

Must be able to climb a 14-foot ladder to roll a tarp from the top of the trailer. Must be able to be certified in the operation of front end loaders. Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays if necessary; further, must be able to adjust starting/stopping times and work varying shifts if and when schedules change.
