WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE JOB FAIR? Candidates will fill out a paper application and an online application, by scanning a QR code using their smartphone or iPad/tablet provided by Foster Farms. Following an interview with our HR team member, an offer for employment can be made and a drug test will be conducted along with a request for a background check.  All offers are contingent on passing a both post offer pre-employment drug screen and background check. After completing the drug screen candidates will be scheduled an orientation date and time.

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARD AND AT LEAST ONE DOCUMENT THAT VERIFIES WORK AUTHORIZATION WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF THE JOB FAIR.

Qualifications

• Most positions require standing for eight (8) or more hours on a concrete floor.
• Must be able to perform rapid and repetitive movement of the hand.
• Must be able to perform repetitive grasping, work in a cold, damp environment.
• Some positions required lifting 15 to 45 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Some position may require to be able to push or pull 5 to 45 pounds.
• Some positions require repeated bending and stooping.
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Physical lifting requirement vary by position. 
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hrs.) on concrete/metal grated floor.
• Repetitive grasping/pushing motions, over the shoulder reaching, frequent bending required.
• Must submit to pass criminal background check, and drug test.
