Foster Farms is seeking a passionate analyst for our fast paced marketing team.  This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, interpersonal and project management skills to make an impact on our growing business.

The Marketing Coordinator position is a key support function for the Marketing Mangers across RTC and Prepared/Cooked business lines.  The individual is responsible for managing and successfully leading all new item system set ups and revisions across all functions within the required launch plan.  The Coordinator is also accountable to ensuring accurate product specification and bill of material documentation and the organization of these materials.  This individual will also support the management of packaging re-work related projects for both branded and private label business.  In addition, process management of systems such as Workflow and CER, PCR and TPN routing and reporting will fall under this role’s core responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Workfront process management and reporting

Overall system management of SKU set up and SKU revision process

Specification documentation and organization

Creating Product Masters

Submitting/Routing CERs, PCRs, and ATPs

Sample Requests

Packaging inventory reporting

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

0 to 3 years of successful professional experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Demonstrated analytical ability

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of experience in a marketing role at a food / cpg manufacturer, preferably in a related category

Experience in project management and cross functional team work

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Consistent and reliable attendance

Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure situations
