Job Description

·         Manage employees and making sure they are properly performing the job and assisting them on any issues.

·         Responsible for taking cases of chicken products off a conveyor line to be placed on pallets. Once pallets are complete, all cases must be scanned, and pallets must be loaded onto trailers.

·         Responsible for keeping their supervisor informed in regard to any issues with the product or employees.

·         Remove cases off the rollers and stack them according by pre-prices and master orders

·         Correctly scan boxes and pallets with scan gun and do the put away

·         Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

·         Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

·         Must be able to work in varying climates

·         Must be able to obtain a PIT License

·         Must be able to lift 80 pounds

·         Must be able to read case labels

·         Must be able to perform repetitive grasping, reaching, bending, pushing/pulling arm motions required

·         Must be able to pass BTE level 3

·         Must be able to pass an English and math test for the NCDC
