Job Description

Rate $18.60hr

Purpose of Position: 

To provide structural maintenance support for the Company.

Assist in performing construction maintenance, to include: Setting up and pouring concrete; i.e., setting the grade, leveling the pad, setting batter boards and forms, digging footers, and after the pour, doing the finish work.

Performing any/all required carpentry work (squaring slabs for plating; laying out and aligning walls; reading levels to plumb walls; hanging doors; installing and trimming out windows, etc.)

General cleaning and/or assisting other crews if required; and Maintaining safety, housekeeping, and sanitation and Disease control requirements while performing job duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of training and/or on the job experience.
• Must be able to work Safely at all times.
• Must be able to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work from a ladder.
• Must have and maintain a California driver’s license and an acceptable DMV record.
