Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years employee relations experience in unionized, manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of California and Federal OSHA laws with industrial case management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of EEOC, labor codes and fair employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of people.
