Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful Recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

Recruitment of hourly positions.

Assist employees at the front desk and help resolve any issues they may have.

Process and track Leaves of Absence and coordinate with payroll. Post all LOA information into systems.

Responsible for processing vacation and sick payments to employees

Provides administrative support to HR Supervisor and department

Coordinate the transfer process for all vacant union positions at the plant.

Order and track all employee service awards. Also assist with coordination of service awards celebrations.

QC all forms that are submitted to Human Resources

Coordinate all phases of the service award process.

Answer phones, type, help with counter questions, interpret for H.R. supervisors as needed, help problem solve various issues within our job parameters, and translate memos to as needed.

Assist Hiring Team with applicant tracking, interviews, and tracking requisitions.

Assist with any special projects as assigned

Other duties as assigned
