Job Description

Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Update and complete all changes in employee cards. Complete timecards and prepare for Payroll. Verify weekly Contract Labor hours and billing to the contract labor company.  Complete Weekly Hours Worked Report and assist with Animal Welfare reports.
• Prepare monthly safety meetings.  Track safety meetings to assure all meetings are completed.
• Track all W/Comp incidents, complete all the paper work, and follow up all doctor visits.  Attend all safety meetings.
• Order and track all supplies and parts for the department using SAP. In charge of the P-Card and monthly closing of the P-card statement. Complete weekly supply report by crew.  
• Maintain fuel inventory, track fuel usage monthly.
• Give monthly mileage to the truck shop and generate period reports for both Deadhaul and Livehaul. Control all department DVIR reports.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• AA or BS college degree preferred. 
• Must be able to type 50 WPM.
• Must be able to use 10-key by touch.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge preferred. 
• Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; be able to deal with constant interruptions.
• Ability to work independently or in group environment, multi-task, work with detailed information with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. 
• Must be able to have consistent attendance.
