Job Description

** Purpose of Position:**

• The purpose of this position is to maintain accurate inventory data from production, maintain production schedules and interact with
  product management at the corporate offices. This position maintains key reporting databases that involve production records, fill rates, raw material and finished goods inventories.

** Essential Job Functions:**

• Conduct daily tasks, such as meat inventory balance, distribute specifications, tortilla verification, Finished Goods inventory report, clear COGI errors in SAP and tortilla inventory clearing.
• Conduct weekly task and reports, such as downtime report, scheduling meeting, weekly chicken and turkey ordering and pallet ordering and invoicing approve.
• Schedule daily cycle counts and coordinate with kitchen and production department supervision.
• Conduct monthly physical inventories and weekly physical inventories of warehouse.
• Conduct other tasks as required, such as attend meetings, trainings and work on special projects.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent / some college preferred
• 1-3 years experience in Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving Operations
• Knowledge of office/warehouse procedures
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP required
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to solve problems in a detailed, comprehensive manner
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent analytical ability
