Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT –- Provide administrative support to H.R. Manager, Employment/Admin Services Staff & H.R. Supervisor (i.e. Data entry, weekly highlights, typing, running reports, assisting with newsletter, purchasing, making travel arrangements, special projects, etc.).
LOA’S- Process initial Leave of Absence form and coordinate with payroll. Process State Disability forms.
TIME AND ATTENDANCE TRACKING - Post all attendance on Lawson system and generate reports.
MONTHLY REPORTS- Provide monthly reports (I-9’s, BD-List, Seniority List, etc.) to Supervision.
GENERAL SUPPORT -Reroute incoming miscellaneous correspondence. Process garnishments. Receive incoming telephone calls and provide service for employees, foreperson, and supervisors. Distribute & file weekly payroll checks. May be required to travel and provide support for Human Resource Office at Livingston and other Foster Farm locations. Provide backup for other Human Resources Assistants.
