ROLE OVERVIEW
THE COMPENSATION MANAGER REPORTING TO THE SR. MANAGER, COMPENSATION will be responsible for analyzing Accolade’s compensation structures. This role will be a key contributor in the development and implementation of compensation strategies, focusing on our compensation programs. The Compensation Manager will evaluate our compensation packages by analyzing employees’ experience and responsibilities, by doing comparative analysis by region, and by taking the company's financial performance into consideration. The Compensation Manager will establish compensation structures for our hourly Frontline Care Team.
