Qualifications
- Must have a minimum five (5) years experience on heavy duty truck repair. Formal training preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to read and understand technical material and explain to personnel.
- Must possess a Class A driver’s license and a clean DMV printout.
- Must have good leadership skills.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Electronic/electrical experience required.
- Candidate must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the operations of the plant, hatchery, ranch, feedmill or other facility at which he/she works and apply a general knowledge of environmental regulations to those operations. Candidate must hold a supervisory position and have the authority to direct the environmental activities of other workers. Candidate must be willing to learn and capable of understanding basic regulatory concepts and performing general and specialized environmental assignments as required by regulatory agencies under the guidance of the Environmental Affairs Manager. He/she must integrate his/her recognized knowledge of operations at his/her assigned facility with environmental compliance activities and provide primary plant leadership on all routine environmental compliance efforts.
- Must be able to submit and pass criminal background check.
