Job Description

Provides new Team Members support and is the liaison between the Orientation Partners, Team Members, and Training Partners.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform a variety of administrative functions to plan, organize, implement, and accomplish department day-to-day functions and goals, supporting the onboarding of new Team Members.
• Track and monitor orientation checklists for all Team Members.
• Coordinate and schedule orientation, to include ordering and stocking food items, keeping SMEs on schedule, etc.
• Ensure orientation stays on schedule
• Provide Team Members direction to assigned and scheduled floor tours/time
• Maintain accurate records of training for all participants in orientation
• Schedule translation assignments, when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an office setting or working in a management support position with customer service and data entry responsibility.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work w/various computer systems.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
• Ability to effectively present in front of large groups.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Basic math aptitude.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to promote a positive atmosphere.
