About the Role:
Join American Standard Foundation Repair as a Foundation Repair Driver/Crew Member in Memphis, TN, where you'll play a vital role in restoring the integrity of homes. Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and repair of foundation systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Operate company vehicles to transport crew and equipment to job sites efficiently.
Load and unload materials and tools, maintaining an organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are understood.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks on-site.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Document job progress and report any issues to the crew leader.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in foundation repair techniques.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in construction or related field preferred.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of foundation repair techniques is a plus.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced crew members.
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to completing tasks efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual is a plus
