At Silana , we're building the first autonomous robotic sewing systems - reshoring garment production with intelligent automation. We're a deep-tech startup backed by top-tier investors, blending robotics, vision, and mechanical design to solve one of the toughest problems in apparel manufacturing.
We're shipping our first machine, preparing investor demos, and gearing up for Series A. To stay fast and focused, our founder in NYC is hiring a Founder's Associate — a sharp generalist who can turn ideas into action, bring order to chaos, and help run the engine behind the scenes.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives on variety and momentum. You'll work directly with the founder across operations, hiring, logistics, and internal execution.
You won't just assist — you'll own. Whether it's writing an onboarding guide, prepping a demo, scheduling interviews, or enforcing workspace norms, your job is to make sure it gets done — quickly, cleanly, and without needing to be asked twice.
