Compensation: $76,000 - $150,000 commission based Responsibilities: • Door-to-door canvassing • Meet with prospective clients, inspect the exterior of their homes for damage, and offer solutions that best fit the clients' needs • Walk clients through the insurance claims process • Strive to Meet or exceed company sales goals • Preparing and presenting all sales contracts and product presentations with prospective clients • Maintaining client records Qualifications: • Great organizational skills • Outgoing personality and ability to network and establish partnerships within the community • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to carry, set up and climb a ladder • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle • Previous experience in the roofing industry or the willingness to learn • Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented individuals • Strong work ethic and willing to be flexible • No experience is required but it is beneficial!
