Junior Operations Assistant
Founders Workshop is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Junior Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our owner, HR Director, and Chief AI Scientist, managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize inboxes and calendars of senior executives.
- Conduct thorough research and prepare summaries, newsletters, and presentations.
- Efficiently handle document repository management across various systems.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up actions.
- Proactively follow up with clients and manage CRM updates.
- Monitor inboxes for spam, replies, and important alerts.
- Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials and activities.
- Engage in light sales calls and marketing/sales funnel follow-up.
- Organize and manage the document repository, ensuring all systems are synchronized and documents are easily accessible.
- (Nice to have) interested and/or skilled in sales, light sales calls as an SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM management and office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
