    Confidential Job Description – Founding Account Executive (San Francisco, In-Person)

    A stealth-mode fintech backed by top VCs is hiring two Founding Account Executives to join their elite in-person team in San Francisco.

    This is not your average AE role. You’ll be owning full-cycle sales from Day 1, working directly with the founding team, and selling a high-growth financial platform already used by hundreds of startups—including one of Elon Musk’s companies.

    With $15M+ raised and over 20x growth in the last year, this is a rare opportunity to join a category-defining company while the rocket is still on the launchpad.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the entire sales process: prospect, demo, close, and onboard

    • Sell consultatively into SMBs and growth-stage startups

    • Build pipeline and drive high activity across multiple verticals

    • Partner with the product team to improve pitch and positioning

    • Expand your book by building lasting relationships and driving referrals

    Who This Role Is Built For

    • You’re a top-performing AE with 1–5 years of closing experience in fintech, SaaS, or a high-velocity sales org

    • You’ve sold into founders, CFOs, or controllers and know how to drive urgency with finance leaders

    • You write clearly, follow up fast, and own your number like a business

    • You’re excited by ownership, upside, and the energy of working in-person with high performers

    • You’re ready to work hard, level up fast, and grow with the company

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions

    • On-target earnings of $250K–$300K+

    This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.
