    A well-funded, stealth-mode AI company just landed multi-year contracts with major insurance players — and now they’re ready to scale their US presence with their first Founding Account Executive.

    They’ve validated the market, closed strategic logos, and built a highly technical product team. What they haven’t done is hired someone to lead outbound motion, own early pipeline, and co-build a repeatable GTM motion in insurance.

    That’s where you come in.

    This role is perfect for a self-starting AE who knows the insurance landscape, thrives in ambiguity, and is ready to build something truly market-defining.

    What You’ll Do

    • Launch and own outbound sales for the US insurance vertical (carriers, MGAs, brokerages)

    • Drive top-of-funnel through cold outreach, event follow-up, and targeted campaigns

    • Collaborate directly with the Head of Business (US) to refine and scale the GTM motion

    • Partner with product to loop real-time customer feedback into roadmap and strategy

    • Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, and strategic partner events

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

    • Must have experience selling software into the insurance industry (carriers, MGAs, brokers)

    • Proven outbound execution — cold outreach, follow-ups, event activation

    • Experience managing ACVs from $10K–$50K+

    • Bonus: AI or automation software experience

    • Bonus: Been part of a founding GTM team or helped stand up a sales motion from scratch

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $85,000 – $120,000

    • Total Comp Range (OTE): $150,000 – $190,000+

    • Uncapped commission upside

    • Meaningful equity

    • Visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates

    • Travel: ~1x/month to conferences or customer events

    • Location: NYC or SF preferred — remote possible for top-tier talent

    Interview Process

    • Call with Head of Business (US) – background, outbound depth, fit

    • Interview with GTM Team – cross-functional collaboration

    • Final with CEO – cultural and long-term fit
