    What You Will Do

    • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close
    • Build and refine the outbound motion including conference led sourcing
    • Run sharp consultative discovery and compelling demos
    • Work directly with the founding team on narrative pricing and strategy
    • Influence ICP definitions and collaborate with Marketing and Product
    • Use AI tools to speed up personalization pipeline creation and deal velocity
    • Analyze pipeline and conversion data to improve efficiency and process
    • Support early team building mentoring and onboarding as the company grows

    This role blends closing with the opportunity to design the GTM motion itself.

    What Makes You a Strong Fit

    • Two to three plus years as a closing AE in B2B SaaS
    • Experience selling into blue collar or deskless industries HVAC plumbing field service logistics manufacturing operations
    • A strong and consistent history of exceeding quota
    • Confident generating your own pipeline through outbound and events
    • Progression that shows resilience and growth such as SDR to AE
    • Ability to thrive in early stage environments where structure is still being built

    Bonus points for conference experience coaching peers or interest in evolving into a Sales Lead role.
