    About the Role

    We’re hiring two Founding Account Executives to join the core go-to-market team. These are full-cycle sales roles with high visibility and direct access to the founding team.

    You’ll be selling a deeply technical product to a developer audience, working directly with engineering leaders at companies building the future.

    You will own your pipeline, craft your messaging, and define the GTM motion alongside the CEO and technical founders.

    We’re looking for two profiles:

    Mid-Market Account Executive

    For the driven, ambitious AE ready to step into a founding-level role.

    • 3–5 years of closing experience in SaaS (ideally developer tools, CI/CD, or infrastructure software)

    • Strong outbound experience — comfortable self-sourcing 50%+ of pipeline

    • Consistent quota attainment (100%+, President’s Club, or promotion track record)

    • Passionate about selling to technical buyers and learning complex products quickly

    • Excited to join a small, high-ownership team and help build GTM from the ground up

    Enterprise Account Executive

    For the experienced AE who’s closed six-figure deals and wants to scale something new.

    • 5–7 years of full-cycle sales experience, including enterprise deals into engineering or DevOps orgs

    • Proven success managing multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles with technical stakeholders

    • Ability to articulate technical value simply and confidently to VP Eng, CTO, and Staff Engineer personas

    • Comfort working with minimal process and building repeatable systems from scratch

    • High-performance track record with evidence of consistent top-of-team results

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $110,000 – $180,000 depending on experience

    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $220,000 – $360,000+ (uncapped commissions)

    • Equity: Meaningful early-stage package with long-term upside

    • Location: San Francisco, CA (in-person, five days per week)
