  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help build our sales org. This is a 50/50 role: half hunter, half closer. You'll spend 50% of your time prospecting and generating your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and creative hustle. The other 50% you'll work inbound leads, referrals, and demos set by our SDR team. We're not looking for someone who waits for leads to land in their lap. We want someone who wakes up thinking about how to find and close the next deal. This is a founding role with massive upside. Perform well, and you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team. We're growing fast and promote based on results, not tenure. Base + commission. Remote position, Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate your own pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking (50% of the role) • Run discovery calls and demos for inbound leads, referrals, and SDR-sourced opportunities (50% of role) • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract • Build proposals, handle objections, and negotiate terms to close deals • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in our CRM • Help define and refine our sales playbook as we scale • Provide feedback to marketing and leadership on what messaging and tactics are working Qualifications: • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership • Proven track record of generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting • Experience selling services, SaaS, or to SMB/mid-market companies • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Hunter mentality — you create opportunities, not wait for them • Organized and disciplined, able to balance prospecting and deal management simultaneously • Coachable, competitive, and driven to hit and exceed targets Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 yearly
