Founding Account Executive – Vertical AI & SaaS | $150k - $320k OTE (NYC In-Office)
We are representing a high-growth, venture-backed Vertical AI company that recently secured $6M+ in funding from top-tier Silicon Valley and NYC VCs. This is a "Ground Floor" mission. The company is currently scaling from 7-figure ARR and is seeking a Founding AE to own the outbound engine and drive the next phase of North American expansion.
The Mission: 12-Month Impact
Months 1-3: Master a high-velocity sales motion targeting a $1.3T legacy industry ripe for AI disruption. Inherit a flushed pipeline and close your first deals.
Months 6-9: Scale outbound campaigns and represent the firm at major national industry conferences (Monthly travel required).
Year 1: Secure your seat as a core member of an elite, lean team (currently 19 people) with a direct path to leadership as the GTM team triples.
The Profile (The 1% Criteria)
The Environment: You thrive in a "Navy SEAL" culture. This is a 5-day/week in-office role based in Bryant Park, NYC.
The Pedigree: 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience. We are specifically looking for "Alumni" of high-intensity environments like Salesforce, Ramp, Mercury, or similar Tier-1 startups.
The Hustle: You are an architect of outbound. You don't wait for leads; you engineer them via cold calling, email, and strategic networking.
The Close: Verifiable track record of beating quotas in a fast-paced SMB or Mid-Market environment.
The Comp & Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000 – $160,000 (Based on experience)
OTE: $150,000 – $320,000 (Uncapped + Accelerators)
Equity: Meaningful "Founding Member" equity package (10-15 bps).
Location: Bryant Park, NYC (No Remote/Hybrid).
