Location: Tanasbourne, OR

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE + performance-based bonuses

Start Date: January 1, 2026

BODYBAR Pilates is coming to Oregon! We are opening our first studio in Tanasbourne and are hiring a passionate, motivated and community minded Founding Fitness Manager to help lead the launch and set the standard for future BODYBAR locations across the Portland metro area.

This core leadership position works directly with the studio owners and Studio Manager to guide instruction, programming, and culture. You will teach at least ten BODYBAR Pilates classes each week while building and mentoring a talented instructor team. You will also use class metrics and feedback to shape the schedule and create a consistent, high energy experience that members love.

What You Will Do

• Teach a minimum of ten BODYBAR Pilates classes each week

• Recruit, train, and coach instructors to deliver exceptional classes

• Build and manage the class schedule using data and member feedback

• Partner with ownership on community events, outreach, and growth

• Maintain studio readiness and equipment standards

• Foster a positive, connected, and professional studio culture and client retention

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Exercise Science or a related field, or a 500 hour Pilates certification, or accredited group fitness certification

• Five or more years in the fitness industry and at least two years in a leadership role

• Strong teaching and communication skills

• Organized, reliable, and community oriented

• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others succeed
