As our second sales hire, you will report directly to the Head of Sales. This is a high autonomy role where you will build the GTM playbook from scratch, hunt $1M whales, and influence the product roadmap for a platform managing over $100M in premiums.
The Role
You will own the full sales cycle for deals ranging from $300k to $1M plus.
You will partner with leadership to build a data driven sales engine within HubSpot.
You will represent the firm at top tier industry conferences to secure high level partnerships.
You will consolidate market intelligence into strategic summaries for the executive team.
Candidate Requirements
Proven Tenure: You have a consistent history of progression with 18 to 24 plus months at each of your recent roles.
Complex Sales Experience: You have managed 3 to 8 month sales cycles with average contract values of $150k or more.
Tech Savvy: You are a HubSpot power user and proficient with modern AI prospecting tools.
NYC Presence: You thrive in a high intensity, 5 day in office environment located in the Financial District.
Technical Mindset: A STEM degree or a background in Management Consulting is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 to $200,000 depending on seniority.
Uncapped Commission: 50/50 OTE structure with a $400,000+ realistic
Immediate Reward: $5,000 to $8,000 upfront commission for every deal signed.
Recurring Residuals: 7.5% revenue share for the first 12 months plus 5% for the following 6 months.
Equity: Meaningful ownership between 0.15% and 0.3%.
