About the Company

A YC-backed, seed-stage startup building the gateway to the internet for AI agents — essentially the "Google" for AI agents. Already serving 250+ customers, profitable, and growing fast. Backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and SV Angel. Team of 11–50, founded in 2023. This is the company's first growth hire.

About the Role

You'll be a primary player helping bring the company from product-market fit to scale and beyond. Working directly with the founders, you'll own the entire growth stack — from content and SEO to PLG activation loops and partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategize and iterate with founders on best strategies to build awareness
• Design growth experiments by building lead magnets, content, and pages to test new products and ICPs
• Manage SEO and AEO — ensure content ranks
• Build apps over company data and distribute them via video, partner channels, influencers, etc.
• Build and manage dashboards to measure success of growth efforts and experiments
• Build activation sequences and distribution loops for a soon-to-launch self-serve/PLG motion (B2B and B2C)
• Establish partnerships for further distribution

• Systems thinker — uses leverage to replicate what works
• Knowledgeable in SEO and AEO, general content strategy and ranking
• Good design eye
• Tenacious — makes sure the company shows up everywhere
• Dashboard lover — builds systems to track what's working
• Builder — can vibe-code apps and create videos people want to see
• Viral inclination — understands what resonates and what goes viral

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
• Strong social media and content creation skills, with an established following
• Ability to ideate, research, create, and publish engaging, data-driven content (e.g., viral LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads)
• Experience growing social media accounts and building an audience
• Willingness to work closely with the founder in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment

Pluses:

• Built and grown a social following
• Launched side projects or products that found fast traction
• Familiarity with paid ads
• Active in online communities (Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, Product Hunt)
• Former founder
• Experience in both B2B and B2C

Interview Process:
