    About the Role


    We're looking for a hands-on, highly creative Founding Growth Marketer to run experiments that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline. This person should know what works because they’ve tested it themselves—not because they read it in a growth handbook. You’re someone who’s hungry, sharp, and capable of building momentum in an early-stage company.

    This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the team. Most of your time will be spent executing, with the remainder focused on identifying high-leverage opportunities and collaborating with product, go-to-market, and our Founding Product Marketer.

    What You’ll Do

    Growth & Acquisition (You own this):

    • Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms

    • Launch experiments across a variety of formats: microapps, landing pages, out-of-home campaigns, partnerships, and more

    • Collaborate with design and engineering to ship quickly and test often

    • Track performance, iterate relentlessly, and know when to pivot or sunset an idea

    Content & SEO (You’ll contribute here):

    • Ensure blogs, guides, and changelogs are published and distributed effectively

    • Help maintain SEO momentum through on-page optimization and smart distribution

    Product & Brand Support:

    • Support product launches with channel-specific marketing campaigns

    • Assist with organizing in-person events and increasing founder visibility through podcasts, events, and PR outreach

    Requirements

    • 4–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at B2B SaaS companies

    • Ideally an early hire at a high-growth startup

    • Strong execution skills with a creative, test-and-learn mindset
