    Opportunities

Help Us Build the Practice Families Hope to Find.

Build Our Youth Sports Performance Program While Changing the Lives of Children.

At Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy, we believe movement is about so much more than walking, running, or reaching developmental milestones.

    Movement is how children explore.

    How they play.

    How they build confidence.

    How they make friends.

How they keep up with their siblings.

How they return to the game they love.

    How they discover what's possible.

Whether it's an infant learning to crawl, a child with cerebral palsy navigating the playground, or a middle school athlete returning to soccer after an ACL injury, our mission is the same:

Help every child participate more fully in the life they want to live.

We're looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist who believes exceptional movement begins with exceptional relationships—and who wants to help build the future of pediatric physical therapy at Chatterbox.

Help Build Something That Doesn't Exist Yet.

Most positions ask you to join an established program.

This one asks you to help create it.

We're investing in a pediatric sports rehabilitation and performance program that combines evidence-based physical therapy with injury prevention, athletic development, movement optimization, and return-to-sport programming for young athletes.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape:

    Sports rehabilitation services

    Return-to-play programming

    Injury prevention programs

    Running and movement analysis

    Speed and agility training

Strength and conditioning for youth athletes

    Sports performance camps

    Community workshops

    School and youth league partnerships

Your ideas will help define this program from the very beginning.

This isn't simply an opportunity to run someone else's program.

It's an opportunity to help shape what pediatric sports rehabilitation can look like in our community.

    If you've ever thought,

"If I could build a pediatric sports program, here's how I'd do it..."

...we want to hear those ideas.

    Why Clinicians Choose Chatterbox

We know you have choices when it comes to where you build your career.

At Chatterbox, we've intentionally created an environment where clinicians feel supported, respected, challenged, and encouraged to grow—because we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people.

    Here, you'll find:

A collaborative team of Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Music Therapists who genuinely enjoy learning from one another.

Child-led, neuro-affirming, evidence-informed care focused on helping children participate more fully in everyday life.

Strong mentorship and opportunities for leadership development.

Paid administrative time through our hybrid compensation model.

Dedicated administrative support for scheduling, insurance authorizations, and billing.

Leadership committed to transparency, servant leadership, and investing in people—not just productivity.

A workplace where appreciation, integrity, empathy, responsibility, and continuous growth aren't just words—they're how we care for one another.

    A Variety of Clinical Opportunities

No two Physical Therapists are exactly alike—and neither are our caseloads.

We'll work with you to build a schedule that aligns with your interests, strengths, and professional goals.

Depending on your interests, opportunities may include:

Outpatient pediatric therapy in our collaborative clinic

Early Intervention services through Georgia's Babies Can't Wait program

Therapy provided in children's natural environments

    Telehealth services, when appropriate

    Youth Sports Rehabilitation & Performance

We believe children make the greatest progress when they're supported across the environments where they live, learn, play, and compete.

    Two Opportunities. One Mission.

    Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Therapy

You'll work with infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of developmental diagnoses, including:

    Developmental delay

    Cerebral palsy

    Down syndrome

    Genetic conditions

    Torticollis and plagiocephaly

    Neuromuscular disorders

    Autism and sensory-motor differences

    Orthopedic and mobility challenges

You'll collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, physicians, educators, and families to help children improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and participation in everyday life.

    Who Thrives at Chatterbox

    Technical knowledge matters.

    Character matters just as much.

We're looking for Physical Therapists who naturally demonstrate the values that shape our culture.

    Appreciation

You celebrate progress, recognize the contributions of others, and believe every milestone deserves encouragement.

    Service

You understand that serving children and families is both a privilege and a responsibility.

    Professional Growth

You're curious, coachable, and committed to lifelong learning.

    Integrity

You communicate honestly, take ownership of your work, and consistently do what's right.

    Responsibility

You understand that building a great practice takes teamwork, accountability, and initiative.

    Empathy

You meet children and families with compassion, patience, and genuine understanding.

If these values resonate with you, you'll probably feel right at home here.

    The Ideal Team Member

We're not just looking for an excellent clinician.

    We're looking for a builder.

Someone who enjoys creating new programs.

Someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.

Someone who enjoys collaborating with teammates, mentoring others, and thinking beyond today's schedule toward tomorrow's possibilities.

The people who thrive here don't wait for someone else to improve things.

    They help build them.

    Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for Georgia licensure as a Physical Therapist

    Passion for pediatric physical therapy

Interest or experience in pediatric orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, biomechanics, or youth athletic development

Experience working with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Creative problem solver with a growth mindset

    Our Hybrid Compensation Model

We recognize that exceptional physical therapy extends well beyond treatment sessions.

    Planning.

    Documentation.

    Caregiver education.

    Clinical reasoning.

    Team collaboration.

    Program development.

    Community outreach.

These responsibilities are essential to building exceptional outcomes for children and families.

That's why our clinicians are compensated for both:

    Direct treatment time

Administrative time, including documentation, treatment planning, collaboration, caregiver education, program development, and other professional responsibilities

Because building an exceptional practice requires both.

    Benefits

    Our full-time clinicians enjoy:

Hybrid compensation model with paid treatment and paid administrative time

Competitive compensation based on experience, credentials, and schedule

    Health reimbursement through QSEHRA

    401(k) with employer match

    Extensive online continuing education library

    Mentorship from experienced clinicians

    Collaborative multidisciplinary team

Opportunities in outpatient therapy, Babies Can't Wait Early Intervention, telehealth, and youth sports program development

A growth pathway toward becoming Director of Youth Sports Performance & Rehabilitation as the program expands

    Maybe We're the Right Fit...

We know we're not the right fit for every clinician—and that's okay.

If you're looking for a place where collaboration is expected, relationships come before productivity, families are true partners, and lifelong learning is part of the culture, we think you'll feel right at home.

If you're looking for a team that values humility, curiosity, service, and excellence, we'd love to meet you.
