Overview

We are seeking a proven healthcare leader to launch and scale a new ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company. This role is for someone who has built or significantly grown a healthcare services organization and is ready to take ownership of building a new venture—either from scratch or through acquisition.

This venture is backed by experienced healthcare professionals who provide strong operational and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, licensing, credentialing, and day-to-day operations.

• Build and manage the leadership team.

• Oversee expansion into new markets and states.

• Drive growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.

• Execute on launch or acquisition integration with guidance from healthcare-backed partners.

Qualifications

• Healthcare leadership background required, including options such as nursing home administrator, home care leadership, ABA leadership, or broader healthcare operations.

• Proven track record of success in growing or scaling a healthcare organization.

• Strong operational execution skills — able to build systems, workflows, and processes from the ground up.

• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, confident, and capable of taking ownership.

• Polished leadership presence with the ability to impress and motivate.
