Key Responsibilities
Build and ship features across the full-stack TypeScript codebase (React, Remix, Node.js, Postgres)
Work directly with customers and the product team to define and validate features
Participate in the full product lifecycle: architecture, implementation, QA, launch, iteration
Influence engineering practices and team workflows
Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that scale the product's impact
Qualifications
2–6 years of experience as a software engineer (excluding Solutions Engineering/Consulting)
Strong product development experience (preferably full-stack or frontend-heavy)
Background in early/growth-stage startups or selective, high-talent organizations
Product-focused mindset with attention to user outcomes and experience
Bachelor’s degree from a top 30 university or an elite engineering program (e.g., Waterloo, Georgia Tech)
Demonstrated initiative through side projects, open-source work, or a polished personal portfolio
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with modern technologies (Tailwind, Remix, Postgres)
Past experience owning product outcomes in a startup environment
Strong contributions to open-source projects or personal coding initiatives
Familiarity with agile, iterative product development cycles
