Studio Manager | Founding Location | BODYBAR Pilates Tanasbourne, OR

Location: Tanasbourne, OR

Compensation: $58,000 – $62,000 DOE + performance-based bonuses

Start Date: January 1, 2026

BODYBAR Pilates is coming to Oregon! We are opening our first studio in Tanasbourne and hiring an outgoing, driven, community minded Founding Studio Manager to help lead the launch and set the standard for future BODYBAR locations across the Portland metro area.

This core leadership position works directly with the studio owner and fitness manager to drive sales operations, staff organization and pre sale community events leading up to our grand opening in 2026. You will help shape the studio culture, systems and member experience from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Lead pre sales, lead generation, outreach and launch events for BODYBAR Tanasbourne

• Drive membership sales, retention and optimize overall studio performance

• Recruit, train and motivate a high performing sales and front desk team

• Build community partnerships and host local events to grow awareness

• Maintain an organized, polished studio that reflects the BODYBAR brand

What We Are Looking For

• Two or more years leading teams and five or more years in fitness, retail or service sales

• Proven ability to hit and exceed goals

• Strong community or event marketing experience

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Passion for health, wellness, and creating exceptional member experiences
