This is a critical role in shaping how customers interact with their finances daily, with a focus on speed, reliability, and delightful UX.

    What You'll Do:

    • Set best practices for mobile engineering — code quality, testing, CI/CD, analytics, crash reporting
    • Collaborate closely with design to deliver polished, on-brand user experiences
    • Work across the stack when needed and coordinate with backend engineers to define API needs

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining iOS applications in production
    • Eye for design and care about delivering polished UX
    • Comfortable designing architecture and making product tradeoffs in ambiguous settings
    • Excited to build a product from the ground up and shape company culture

    Interview Process:

    1. Intro chat
    2. Technical screen
    3. On-site interview (portfolio deep dive, iOS experience, data structure–oriented programming, architecture interview, culture chat)

    Additional Details:

    • In-person, 5 days/week in New York, NY
    • Visa sponsorship available (H1B transfers and TN visas for Canadian citizens)
