Four B's is a Welding and Boiler repair company located in Brooklyn, NY.
We're looking for someone to join the office administration/bookkeeping team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Overall office management and support. Coordinator and assistant to the officers of 4B’s. Development and maintenance of good relationships with all vendors and clients. Effective management of all scheduling of jobs, calendars, work orders, etc., and not limited to…
· Optimize and organize office
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
· Use computer database software for job scheduling and job tracking
· Maintain job scheduling on a daily basis
· Work with officers to ensure all appropriate paperwork for jobs are filed on a timely basis e.g. DEP – Dept. of Environment & DOB – Dept. of Buildings, etc.
· Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's database
PAYROLL: Track time and attendance for all employees including overtime, vacation, personal/sick time_ _
FINANCIAL
· USE QUICKBOOKS SOFTWARE:
· Prepare invoices, estimates, and financial statements, etc
· Code and file financial material according to established records management procedures
· Process accounts payable ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information
· Process accounts receivable ensuring timeliness, the accuracy of codes, and appropriate backup
· Generate financial reports as required
