    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES IN ENTRY LEVEL:

    • Inside Customer Service and Sales

    • Build lasting customer relations in-person to ensure retention and expand brand awareness

    • Develop strong team morale and continually motivate team members to meet targets

    • Maintain team results by coaching, counseling other employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.

    • Uphold excellent service standards across entire team.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Results Driven: proven ability to understand and drive store profitability through service.

    • Customer Focus: demonstrate strong customer service skills both on and off sales floor

    • Professional verbal and written communication

    • Reliability / Consistent attendance and punctuality

    • Great interpersonal and communication skills

    To be considered for this role you must possess strong communication, writing and time management skills. At least 3 years of professional experience in a client-facing or account management role is ideal, as our company is growing quickly. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is ready to jump in and do what it takes to get the job done.
