    Job Description

    Four Hands is looking to hire an ambitious Recruiter to manage the increase in hiring needs on our Warehouse and Production teams.  With nearly 500,000 square feet of distribution center space, and a local art production facility, this position will be focused exclusively on understanding our hiring needs in these areas in order to provide a steady stream of top-notch talent to support the goals of our business.   Four Hands has experienced phenomenal growth over the past few years and we look forward to adding a strong player to our Four Hands Human Resources team to take us to the next level in recruiting.  We strive for a best-in-class experience for our candidates and our team mates.  The right individual will provide the perfect pairing of sourcing the best of the best candidates in new and creative ways, sharing the Four Hands story while serving as a representative of our company, and being a committed partner for our Hiring Managers. 

    IN THIS ROLE

    • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions focused in the warehouse and manufacturing areas of Four Hands
    • Partner with hiring managers to ensure that you maintain an ongoing understanding of current and future hiring needs in order to effectively drive recruiting efforts to support them
    • Work with the hiring managers to determine job requirements for each role
    • Guide candidate through the full cycle recruitment process
    • Process and manage multiple open job requisitions at a time
    • Extend verbal and written job offers, and guide all candidates through negotiation and acceptance
    • Administer new hire procedures including the background check process, developing offer packages and extending offers to candidates
    • Monitor job boards, career postings, internet employment resources, and employee referrals
    • Use the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages
    • Independently coordinate and manage job fair events, help various departments with advertising, and devise new and innovative ways to source candidates
    • Develop and maintain networks of both active and passive candidates
    • Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
    • Utilize various resources to identify candidates, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other web platforms
    • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
    • Other tasks as defined by Management

    THE IDEAL PERSON

    • 1-3 years of experience recruiting in a high-volume staffing environment focused on warehouse, manufacturing, light technical, or semiconductor roles
    • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Speak clearly, persuasively, and professionally
    • Comfortable speaking on the phone
    • Respond well to questions or objections
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to drive business
    • Understanding of basic computer skills/programs (Microsoft Office)
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Support organization's goals and values
