    Job Description

    We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Analyst to join our team.

    This opportunity is for a passionate and enthusiastic information technology professional. If you enjoy a balance of engaging with people and working independently on configuration, this role is for you!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks 
    • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill sets across the organization 
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Salesforce certifications preferred
    • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
    • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion 
    • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
