Job Description
The Ideal Business Analyst Candidate will have knowledge an expertise working with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar SaaS Application.
General Accountabilities
- Acts as a liaison between business units and IT departments.
- Participates in business process modelling sessions.
- Conducts interviews and performs analysis to create business cases for projects.
- Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests.
- Reviews project requirements, specifications, tests, support and training plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Participates in root cause analysis to recommend appropriate actions to improve productivity for the business units and IT.
- May act as a project manager on certain projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
- Experience: Four to seven years of related experience.
