• Process daily deposits • Process accounts payable invoices • Assist the front desk as needed • Work with the management team detailing general ledger expenses and P&L review • Familiarize yourself with HR and labor reporting • assist with other assignments requested by management Responsibilities: • Assists vendors with questions • Sets up new vendor accounts • Maintains organized work desk • Timely response to centralized accounting questions • Ties hotel accounting to financial reporting Qualifications: • Prefer prior accounting experience • M3 knowledge helpful, but will train • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $41,500
