Executive Housekeeper
Demonstrates ability to maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with all subordinates
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are highlight items and not meant to be all-inclusive of this position:
Assumes responsibility for the cleanliness of the hotel guest rooms, public spaces, lobby areas, public restrooms, and corridors
Orders supplies
Creates staff schedule
Maintains budget requirements for productivity and supplies
Ensures that all polices and procedures are followed according to our handbook and regulations
Conducts employee evaluations
Administers disciplinary action when necessary
Helps anywhere in Hotel when needed
Interviews new hires
Assumes responsibility for payroll( time and attendance)
Helps to ensure a safe, clean, work environment where employees are treated fairly
Customer satisfaction is #1 priority
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience: 2 yrs experience as an executive housekeeper
Skills:
Accurate and attentive to detail
Problem solving
Computer knowledge
Understands forecast and reports
Properly implements new programs
Good listener
Demonstrates ability to assist and support others
