Responsibilities: • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties • Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system • Order necessary bar supplies, stock and keep track of all wine, liquor, and beer inventories as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more • Properly identify customers' age through identification cards, and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations Qualifications: • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
