    Professional Fundraiser

    This is an on-site role, based out of our downtown Chicago location

    We believe storytelling is what separates professionals from amateurs and we are looking for an additional fundraiser to help us market our clients' missions to the public in a professional manner. You'll be working alongside our non-profit clients, helping them to raise awareness and long-term support from local donors.

    New Fundraisers Will Receive:

    • 2-4 weeks of paid training provided by the firm
    • Ongoing guidance and on-site support from peers, mentors and management
    • Acess to marketing materials and updated informtaion about each client

    Initial Responsibilities:

    • Execute successful fundraising events across the region
    • Organize non-profit fundraising events on behalf of our clients
    • Conduct market research and collect feedback for our clients

    Fundraisers who produce consistent results and are looking for career development may be offered the chance to progress within the company where they will assume additional responsibilities based on their career objectives.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and administrative duties
    • Train and oversee a team of 5-10 people
    • Manage client relations and event locations
    • Sourcing new charities and non-profits
    • Hosting small to medium training workshops
    • Social Media Content Creation and Sharing
    • Planning national and international travel
    • Orchestrate corporate networking events

    Recommended Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • The ability to make small talk / break the ice
    • Experience working in Fundraising/Marketing/Sales
    • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
    • Leadership abilities and a desire to win / achieve goals
