Four Twelve Roofing is looking for a go-getter and self-starter Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for increasing sales by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business. This position will also well employ up-selling tactics that ensure a great customer experience. Qualified candidates will have experience generating new leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and motivated by success. Essential Job Duties: * Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. * Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. * Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. * Keeping up with product and service information and updates. * Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. * Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. * Staying informed about competing products and services. * Up-selling products and services. * Researching and qualifying new leads. * Closing sales and achieving sales targets. * Experienced in inside sales via the phone * Good interpersonal skills * Loves to interact with people in a non-face-to-face environment * Experienced with G Suite (gmail, sheets, google docs, etc) * Looking for a career not just a job Qualities, Characteristics, Aptitude: * Proactive, not reactive. * Excellent sales skills, finding proper ways to connect with prospects and close sales. * Proven ability meeting sales targets in the past. * Excellent phone and email communication skills and etiquette. * High degree of confidentiality, integrity and honesty required. * Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous * People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects * Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction * Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture * Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail * Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity What we require: * Able to sell over the phone * 2-3 years of sales experience * 1 year of construction experience (preferred) Job Type: Full-time, Base Salary.
