Here's what we are looking for in this job

About you

This is an entry level position (though some experience is required - check out our intern roles if that's a better fit for you!) and we're committed to helping you grow! Just bring your good attitude, and open-mindedness, and in return we'll teach everything you need to know.

• 6 months+ relevant experience
• Google and Ads Certification or in the process of getting certified
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proven high attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking, quantitative analysis and communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle a multi-faceted task list
• High energy and a positive attitude with a team-work mentality
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team

The Work You'll Be doing

We are looking for someone interested in becoming a genuine Paid Media expert. This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.

You will assist with the day-to-day management of Google Ads, Microsoft Search Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

You will participate in daily tasks including, but not limited to:

• Campaign Management and Optimization
• Budget Management
• Keyword Management
• Ad Copy
• Ad Extensions
• Client Communications

Your first 3 months at Four15 Digital

Every employee is given a custom 90 day onboarding plan complete with weekly training and milestones for you to work towards, so nothing will be unclear. You'll be given a 30, 60 and 90 day check in where you'll both give and receive feedback.

The first 2-3 week will be spent meeting your new peers, learning Four15 Digitals history, one-on-one chats with your Manager and the 2 founders. After that, you'll begin working directly with clients!

Because you'll be learning so much your first 90 days, most of your days will be spent in the office learning from our team of vets. After that, we'll tailor a custom hybrid working situation for you to fit your needs!
