Under the leadership of a Registered Nurse, the LPN will be providing coordinated care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide direct care responsibilities to patients
• Supervise CNA’s
• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
• Follow established procedure for charting
• Complete patient assessments, coordination of care
• Identify and reports changes in condition
• Follows environmental health & safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Oversees clinical and non-clinical acute operations and continuum of care

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Florida LPN License
• CPR/BLS certified
• 1+ year nursing experience in a hospital, or Long-Term Care
