Responsibilities: Off-market real estate has two sales teams: Acquisitions & Dispositions. The acquisitions team works with active sellers to negotiate and deliver contracts on properties. The dispositions team then markets and sells each contract to a "fix & flip" or "buy & hold" buyer. This is you. You will: • Generate at least $100,000+ of CLOSED revenue for the company every month individually. • Sell at least 2-3 assignment contracts per week. • Make at least 50 new buyer introduction calls per week. • Manage the marketing for your assigned properties on the dispositions website. • Work from the office M-F 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Qualifications: • Strong candidates will have a proven track record of success in sales and hitting sales goals. • Be enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate. • Be successful in a short sales cycle. • Be driven to find and overcome objections. • Be passionate about selling and closing with a competitive mindset. • Must have excellent relational skills, with an ability to connect with people. • Must be intuitive, adaptable, and solution-oriented. • Must want to be part of an energized, hungry, and growing team. • Must be teachable and open-minded. • Sales experience - we are willing to train and invest in the right person, but you must be open-minded and have a proven track record in sales (door-to-door, cold calling, inside/outside sales, collections, auto sales, direct marketing, etc.). • Exceptional communication skills, with strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Reliable transportation. Compensation: $60,000 - $96,000 yearly
